Prices and service lengths on this site are a guide. The final price for colour and treatments is confirmed at the consultation before the service starts.

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you to agree a time.

If you need to cancel or move a confirmed appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Inside 24 hours we may charge half the service price; a no-show may be charged in full.

Any prices on this site are a guide. We give you a written quote before any treatment starts, and that quote is what you agree to.

• Do not send false requests or try to disrupt the site.
• Do not copy the site content for commercial use without permission.

We link to other sites, such as maps and social media, for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
