Privacy policy

Only what you type into one of our two forms, and nothing else about you:

Booking form (Book a visit). Required: your name, email address, the service, a stylist preference (or “No preference”), a date and a time window, and your agreement to be contacted. Optional: your phone number and a note.

Enquiry form (gift cards, groups and bridal parties). Required: what it is about, your name, email address, a message, and your agreement to be contacted; a date for group and bridal enquiries. Optional: your phone number, a date for other enquiries, and the number of people.

We do not ask for health details, ID numbers or card numbers, and we ask you not to put them in a note or message. If a treatment needs to know about allergies or a skin condition, your therapist asks at the consultation.

Our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working; the forms use your IP address only to limit repeated submissions.

• To answer your request: offer and confirm an appointment, or reply to your enquiry.
• To contact you about that request, by email or phone.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• If you accept analytics, to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

The site works without optional cookies. Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) only exists on this site if we have switched it on; then a banner asks first, and it loads only if you click Accept. It counts page views without building a profile of you. If you click Decline, nothing optional loads.

Your choice is stored in your own browser. You can change it any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. If the site has no analytics configured, there is no banner and nothing to choose.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site, under contracts that protect it:

• Website hosting (for example Cloudflare or Vercel).
• Storage of your requests so we can answer them (Cloudflare KV or Upstash).
• Email delivery of your request to the salon (Resend).
• Spam protection on both forms, when switched on (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Analytics, only with your consent (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• The map under Find us is Google Maps. It loads only when you click “Load the map”; until then no request goes to Google. Once loaded, Google’s privacy policy applies.

Booking requests and enquiries that do not lead to an appointment or a sale are deleted within 12 months. Appointments you go ahead with are kept as long as the law requires for our records.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@example.com and we will reply within 30 days.
